BAYI: SELEBRASYON NG KABABAIHAN
About the event
BAYI is an online art exhibit spearheaded by a group of Pharmacy students as part of their requirements for the Art Appreciation subject. They hired me to come up with a concept for the entire art exhibit and to manage their social media.
I proposed three themes. In the end, they chose the concept of women empowerment
BAYI
(pang.) A Mangyan word which translates to “babae” (woman) or “prinsesa" (princess). The online art exhibit generally aims to celebrate the beauty of being a woman and voice out the struggles of being a Filipina.
